ttb11 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment for every player on our platform. Gambling should always be entertainment — never a financial strategy or an escape from life's pressures. This page explains our tools, policies, and where to get help.
Responsible gaming isn't a checkbox for ttb11 — it's built into the platform from the ground up. When we say we care about our players' wellbeing, we mean it in concrete, measurable terms: tools that work, limits that hold, and a support team that responds.
We know that the vast majority of people who play on ttb11 do so for entertainment and keep it well within their means. But we also know that for a small percentage of players, gambling can become problematic. Our job is to make sure those players have every resource available to get their situation under control — fast.
Everything on this page is available to every ttb11 account holder, right now, from your account dashboard. No forms to post, no waiting periods on most tools, no questions asked for self-exclusion requests.
ttb11's position: We would rather lose a player's business than see them harm themselves or their family through problem gambling. Self-exclusion requests are actioned ahead of any other customer service queue.
Every tool below is available directly within your ttb11 account dashboard. Access them at any time — no support ticket needed for most settings.
Set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount in MYR. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased without a 72-hour cooling-off period. Decreases apply instantly.
Set a maximum session duration. When your session timer expires, you will be automatically logged out. You can also configure reality check pop-ups to remind you how long you've been playing at intervals you choose.
Set a maximum net loss amount per day, week, or month. Once your loss limit is reached, your access to real-money games is suspended for the remainder of that period. Limits reset automatically at midnight GMT+8.
Take a break from gaming for a defined period — 24 hours, 48 hours, one week, or one month. During a cool-off period, your account is suspended for real-money gameplay but accessible for review of your transaction history.
Request a full self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion is actioned within 24 hours of request. During exclusion, your account is frozen, deposits are blocked, and all marketing communications are stopped.
Opt out of all promotional emails, SMS, and in-platform bonus notifications at any time from your account settings. Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional communications such as deposit and withdrawal confirmations.
The minimum age to register and play on ttb11 is 21 years old. This is non-negotiable and applies to every player on the platform, regardless of jurisdiction or previous gaming experience elsewhere.
During registration, you are required to confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. Beyond self-declaration, ttb11 conducts active age verification as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process required before any withdrawal is processed. Players may also be asked to provide age verification documentation at any point during their time on the platform.
Acceptable age verification documents include a Malaysian MyKad (national identity card), passport, or other government-issued photo ID that includes your date of birth. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Where ttb11 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a registered account belongs to a person under 21, that account will be immediately suspended pending verification. If underage access is confirmed, the account is permanently closed and any Real Money Balance returned to the registered payment method. Any winnings generated during the period of underage access will not be paid out.
Self-exclusion is available to any registered player at any time. You can initiate it yourself via your dashboard, or request it from our support team if you prefer to speak to someone first.
Prefer to request self-exclusion by email? Send a message to [email protected] with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request" and your registered email address. Our team will action this immediately.
Gambling becomes a problem when it stops being fun and starts interfering with your finances, relationships, or mental health. If any of the following apply to you or someone you know, please reach out for help.
Chasing losses: Continuing to gamble after significant losses with the intention of "winning it back", often leading to larger and larger bets.
Gambling beyond your means: Spending money intended for rent, food, bills, or other essential expenses on gambling.
Secrecy and deception: Hiding gambling activity from family members, friends, or colleagues. Feeling the need to lie about how much time or money you spend gambling.
Inability to stop: Failed attempts to reduce or stop gambling despite a genuine desire to do so. Feeling restless, irritable, or anxious when trying to cut back.
Borrowing to gamble: Taking out loans, borrowing from friends or family, or selling possessions to fund gambling activity.
Using gambling as an escape: Gambling as a way to cope with stress, anxiety, depression, loneliness, or other emotional difficulties rather than as entertainment.
Neglecting responsibilities: Missing work, skipping family commitments, or neglecting personal health because of time spent gambling or recovering from gambling losses.
Escalating bets: Feeling the need to gamble with increasingly larger amounts of money to achieve the same level of excitement or relief.
ttb11 encourages all players to follow these principles to keep gambling enjoyable and within healthy boundaries. These aren't rules we enforce — they're habits that genuinely work.
Decide in advance how much MYR you're comfortable spending, treat it as the cost of entertainment, and stop when it's gone. Use our deposit limit tool to lock this in automatically.
Set a time limit before you log in. Use our session timer to enforce it. Long sessions blur judgment — regular breaks keep the experience fun.
Alcohol, medication, and fatigue all impair decision-making. Play when you're clear-headed and making conscious choices — not when emotions are running high.
Only ever gamble with money you can genuinely afford to lose. Your gambling budget should come from discretionary income — never from savings, loans, or money earmarked for bills.
Gambling should be one of many leisure activities in your life — not the dominant one. If you find yourself thinking about gambling when you're not playing, that's a signal to step back.
If you or someone close to you is struggling with problem gambling, help is available. The organisations below provide free, confidential support.
