ttb11 Terms & Conditions

01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the ttb11 website, its subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and all associated services accessible via ttb11.co.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player in accordance with these Terms.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player and held in their ttb11 account wallet in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded by ttb11 subject to applicable wagering requirements and promotion-specific terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet turnover that must be completed before a Bonus Balance or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Prohibited Jurisdictions" means territories in which access to or use of online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by ttb11 prior to processing any withdrawal.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any service offered by ttb11, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with:

• The ttb11 Privacy Policy, as published at ttb11.co/privacy-policy;
• The ttb11 Responsible Gaming Policy, as published at ttb11.co/responsible-gaming;
• All promotion-specific terms and conditions applicable to any bonus or offer you elect to claim.

If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the ttb11 Platform and close your Account.

These Terms are available in English. In the event of any inconsistency between translated or summarised versions and the English text, the English version shall prevail.

03 Eligibility & Age Verification

By registering, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are at least 21 years of age;
2. You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction;
3. You are not located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registration or at the time of placing any bet or wager;
4. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any third party;
5. The funds used for gambling on ttb11 are lawfully obtained and are not derived from any illegal activity.

ttb11 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable period will result in Account suspension pending resolution, and withdrawal processing will be withheld until KYC is complete.

Where ttb11 discovers or has reasonable grounds to suspect that a registered Account belongs to a person under the age of 21, that Account will be immediately and permanently closed. Any Real Money Balance not derived from bonus funds will be returned to the registered payment method. Winnings generated during the period of underage access are not eligible for withdrawal.

04 Account Registration

To use the real-money services of the ttb11 Platform, you must create a registered Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account per person. Each individual may hold only one ttb11 Account. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all secondary accounts will be closed and any associated bonus funds forfeited. Real Money Balances in secondary accounts may be transferred to the primary account at ttb11's sole discretion following identity verification.
• Accurate information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration details including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any other information requested during registration. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ttb11 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Notification of compromise. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify ttb11 immediately via the support channels available on the Platform.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ttb11 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30, unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Minimum amounts are subject to change with notice published on the Platform.
• Accepted payment methods currently include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and USDT TRC20. ttb11 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
• Withdrawal verification. All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. ttb11 will not process withdrawal requests to payment methods not previously used for deposits, or to third-party accounts. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the cashier page, subject to verification completion.
• Currency. ttb11 does not charge currency conversion fees. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in MYR. Any fees imposed by your payment provider are outside ttb11's control and responsibility.
• Anti-money laundering. ttb11 maintains compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Deposits that cannot be verified as lawfully obtained may be investigated, and associated withdrawals suspended pending investigation. ttb11 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

ttb11 offers various bonuses and promotional offers, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and loyalty rewards. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the basis of the total bet value placed, not the amount won or lost. The applicable multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by the account holder in whose name the Account is registered. Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts.
• ttb11 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotion already accepted by a Player and in progress will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of acceptance.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, bonus abuse, or exploitation of promotional terms through multi-accounting, coordinated play, or any other deceptive practice will be forfeited in their entirety, and the Account(s) involved may be permanently suspended.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the ttb11 Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets may not be amended, cancelled, or reversed after placement, except where explicitly permitted by the rules of a specific game or event.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or live casino session, ttb11 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund bets placed during that round to the Player's account balance.
• ttb11 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from a system error, human error, or third-party data feed failure.
• For live sportsbook betting, markets are subject to the rules of the sport and competition in question. Bets on events that are abandoned, postponed, or cancelled will be handled in accordance with the specific sport rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform.
• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game they participate in. Game rules are available within the game interface itself or in the FAQ section of the Platform.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ttb11 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension and may result in permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any way not intended for normal human use;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, table games, or any competitive game format;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime;
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, software bugs, or pricing errors for financial gain;
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses ("bonus abuse");
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or KYC verification;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while deliberately circumventing geographic restrictions through VPN, proxy, or similar technology.

09 Account Suspension & Termination

ttb11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The Account holder is found to be or suspected of being under the age of 21;
• The Account holder is found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms;
• ttb11 is required to do so by regulatory obligation, court order, or law enforcement request;
• The Account holder has not logged in for a continuous period of 12 months (dormant account policy applies — see FAQ for details).

In cases of Account closure, any Real Money Balance (excluding Bonus Balance) will be returned to the registered withdrawal method following satisfactory KYC completion, less any amounts attributable to suspected fraud or Terms breach under investigation.

Players may also request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting the ttb11 support team. Voluntary closure requests related to problem gambling will be processed as self-exclusion and actioned within 24 hours.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ttb11 expressly excludes all liability for:

• Any financial losses arising from gambling activity on the Platform, including losses resulting from game outcomes, adverse odds, or unsuccessful wagering strategies;
• Losses arising from service interruptions, maintenance downtime, or technical faults beyond ttb11's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from the Player's failure to maintain account security;
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any nature arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the ttb11 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, text, graphics, logos, interface design, and trademarks — is the property of ttb11 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any content from the ttb11 Platform without express written permission from ttb11 or the relevant rights holder.

12 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ttb11 is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ttb11's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to the relevant gaming regulatory authority for mediation prior to any legal proceedings.

Malaysian users acknowledge that online gambling regulation in Malaysia is governed by the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953 and related legislation. Users are solely responsible for determining whether their participation in online gaming is lawful under the laws of their jurisdiction and for complying with any applicable local regulations.

13 Amendments to These Terms

ttb11 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification and/or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the ttb11 Platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
